FCC Comment Sync

This utility helps Ali Lari keep a current, Ali-authored resource comment on videos published to his YouTube channel. It checks public uploads, finds an existing campaign comment, and creates or edits that comment through the official YouTube Data API.

Only the channel owner uses this utility. It does not offer public sign-up or access. It does not upload videos, publish videos, or edit or delete viewers' comments.
